Purpose:

Suitable for cleaning leafy vegetables, rhizomes and pickled vegetables and fruits, such as Chinese cabbage, lettuce, spinach, pickled radish, head vegetables, etc.

The production line is composed of two sets of eddy current vegetable washers.

The cleaning system of eddy current dishwasher consists of three parts:

I. Cleaning the main cylinder body mechanism is superior to the two major characteristics of peers:

1. Swirl + Bubble Double Cleaning

Shenghui Eddy Current Washing Machine combines the advantages of bubble cleaning and swirl washing machine. The exhaust pipe is equipped with pressure relief valve to adjust the bubble strength when cleaning different materials.

2. Design of Blockless Cylinder Block

2. Vibration conveying mechanism

1. Vibration conveyor instead of traditional conveyor belt conveyor is simpler in structure, more convenient to use and less labor than traditional conveyor belt.

2. The conveying surface in contact with the material adopts punching hole design to separate the debris in the material.

3. Imported shock absorber arm is used to ensure that excess moisture is leached in the process of continuous and stable low-frequency vibration transmission, to ensure material storage time, and to provide pre-dehydration function for the next dehydration process.

3. Automatic circulating water mechanism

1. Secondary wedge-shaped fine * dense filter, 0.3mm front and 1.5mm back structure, the front filter hair, surimi, vegetable debris, the reverse wash once can be clean, to avoid the traditional flat filter repeatedly wash unclean concerns. Designed for better filtration, more convenient cleaning.

2.
