Gongwan moulding machine is made of stainless steel, which is wear-resistant and durable, and meets the Weisheng standard. The machine is designed to completely imitate the machine of digging material by hand. The meatballs cut by the blade of the common moulding machine have cutting marks and are not smooth and round in shape. The digging-type moulding machine relieves this problem by automatically scooping out the meatballs with a steel spoon of material. The meatballs have good roundness, smooth skin and a sense of elasticity and hierarchy. Especially when producing meatballs with meat tendons, such as meatballs and beef balls, the effect is more obvious. This machine has two basic and upgraded versions.

Machine features:

1. This machine is controlled by two stepless speed regulating motors. It has higher performance, reliability and feeding design of two stepless speed changing motors, which improves the operation performance of processing various pulps.

2. The steel spoon is suitable for various kinds of meatballs, especially those with meat fascia and membranes which are not easy to cut. The forming effect is as round, elastic and good in shape as that of manual forming.

3. The material pole can be lifted and adjusted, which is suitable for viscous slurry.
