1. External refrigeration tank:

The company's refrigeration unit to increase the external refrigeration tank, cold exchange completed in the external tank, prevent the refrigeration machine internal pipeline breeding fine bacteria, conducive to cleaning.

At present, the general refrigeration mode in the industry is to direct the water from the cleaning tank to the refrigeratory for cold exchange, and the cold water is pumped back to the cleaning tank. There are two drawbacks in this way. One is that the internal pipeline of the refrigeratory generates fine bacterial scale, the other is that the residual sewage in the internal pipeline of the refrigeratory can not be discharged, and the next use of the refrigeratory will cause secondary pollution.

2. Replenish prefabricated frozen water:

The frozen water of the pre-cooler is in balance with the eddy current machine. The frozen water body can be supplied to the eddy current machine continuously, so that the cleaning water body in the eddy current machine can keep low temperature continuously, better clean and prolong the fresh-keeping period of the material.

3. Reservation refrigeration:

The refrigeration unit system can realize the function of reserved refrigeration. The reserved time arrives at the start of the refrigeration unit and starts to refrigerate. After a period of time, the water temperature will be reduced to less than 10 C. The production operation can be carried out immediately after the staff goes to work, which greatly saves the waiting process of turning normal temperature water into frozen cold water.
