This machine is suitable for handling the opening, core removal and undressing of original lotus seeds. It can also be used for the undressing operation of dried nuts such as peanuts, broad beans and cashew nuts. The main raw lotus seeds (the clothes are undressed by hand) are used to complete the functions of opening, core and stripping.

Working principle: Put the cooked original lotus seeds into the feeding hopper. The lotus seeds are processed by the open edge grinding head and divided into half sides; the half lotus seeds enter the mixing barrel, the lotus seed clothes and the lotus seed core are in the mixing paddle and the lower barrel filter. During the movement between the nets, the clothes and core of the lotus seeds are separated under the action of friction. The lotus seed core and the lotus seed coat are discharged through the filter hole under the action of the water flow, and the lotus seed is automatically discharged through the discharge door through the stirring paddle.
